Pastor Ken Collins

Ken Collins is Pastor of Grace Fellowship Church. Previously he served as an Associate Pastor at Alderwood Community Church in Lynnwood, Washington and then as the pastor of Maltby Congregational Church in Maltby, Washington.

Ken was born and raised in the Seattle area, served in the U. S. Army, and worked for Korry Electronics in Seattle as an electronics inspector, Quality Engineer, and Test Engineering manager. It was after his time in the Army and during his time at Korry Electronics that he came to faith in Christ through the witness of those he met working there.

In terms of formal education, Ken has a BSEE (Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering) from the University of Washington, an MSE (Masters of Software Engineering) from Seattle University, an MDiv (Masters of Divinity) from Regent College in Vancouver, Canada, and has completed three years of residency toward a DMin (Doctor of Ministry) at Gordon-Conwell in Massachusetts.

Ken and his wife, Linda live in their home in South Everett. They have one son, Jesse who with his wife, Tami and their three children live in Redmond, Washington; a daughter, Jamie who with her husband, Peter and their son and daughter live in Long Beach, California; and a daughter, Stephanie who lives with her husband, Nate and their two daughters in Seattle.

Cindy Biggerstaff

Cindy Biggerstaff serves as one of the Elders, and as the Treasurer of Grace Fellowship Church.

Cindy was born and raised in the Seattle area and has worked for the Snohomish Fire District 1 and Woodinville Fire and Rescue here in Snohomish County both in capacity as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). She has recently retired.

She is married to Ron (heavy equipment operator, also retired) and they own and live in their home in Maltby. They have a son, Adam, who lives in the Maltby area; a son, Israel who with his wife, Chelo live in Maltby (they have four children); a daughter, Cherish who with husband, Jeff live in eastern Washington with their two twin sons; and a daughter, Angel who with her husband, Jacob and their three children live in Snohomish.

Cindy came to faith in Christ and gave her life to the Lord when she was a high schooler attending a Christian youth camp.

Ted Bradshaw

Ted Bradshaw serves as one of the Elders, ad as the Co-Treasurer of Grace Fellowship Church.

Ted was born and raised in the Seattle area, served in the U.S. Army Reserve (staff sergeant and OCS first lieutenant), served as the Coordinator for Adult Education and as pastor for different local churches, worked as a private Professional Christian Counselor, worked as a real estate broker, served as an area representative for the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference, and presently works for the Seattle Cruise lines (part time). He is also the author of two books, both on the life of the Apostle Paul.

In terms of formal education, Ted has a BA (Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration) from the University of Washington, and an MDiv (Masters of Divinity) from Bangor Theological Seminary in Bangor, Maine.

Ted is married to Ruth, who teaches both piano and flute, and they live in their home in Shoreline. They have a daughter, Laura who with her husband, Brian live in Mt. Vernon, Washington (they have five adult children); and a daughter, Susan who with her husband, Ed live in Sequim, Washington (they have two adult children).

Marion McElhany

Marion McElhany serves as one of the Elders of Grace Fellowship Church.

Marion was born in Arkansas where she lived with her family until they moved to Seattle when she was a teenager. She made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ at the age of 12.

She has worked in a number of places, primarily at home when her four children were young. She has a Master’s degree in Psychology from Seattle University.

Marion enjoys writing and has a website, Lost Lake Ministries where her work is published.

Marion lives in the greater Everett area. She and her husband, Harland (who in January of 2021 passed on to be with the Lord) have four adult children: a daughter, Fara who with her husband, Rob live in Lynnwood; a son, Chip who with his wife, Pam live in Monroe; a son, David who with his wife, Vivian live in Maryland; and Miki, who with her husband, Tim live in Seattle.

Lois Hallock

Lois Hallock serves on the Mission Commission for Grace Fellowship Church.

Lois was born and raised in southeastern Pennsylvania in a small town and farming community. As a child she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior at a Mennonite summer camp and was baptized and confirmed in the Mennonite church when she was 16.

Lois worked as a Research and Development Engineer for the Boeing Company in Everett, and now operates a professional organizing business that helps quilters with ergonomics and organizing their craft spaces. (She is a published author of the book, Creating Your Perfect Quilting Space.)

In terms of formal education, Lois has a Master’s degree in Engineering from Ohio State University.

Lois is married to Don, who was also an engineer at Boeing, and they live in the Maltby/Clearview area with their dog and two cats. They have one adult son, Jacob who lives and works in the Seattle area, and an adult daughter, Taylor who also works in the Seattle area.

Vicki Kirvan

Vicki Kirvan serves on the Mission Commission and as the Clerk for Grace Fellowship Church.

Vicki was born and raised in Staples, Minnesota where her father owned and managed a furniture store. She knew Christ from childhood and in her teenage years made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ.

Vicki has worked as a church secretary and an administrator for Children and Family Services while living in Minnesota.

Vicki lives in the Clearview area, has an adult son, Chad who with his wife, Belinda and two children live in Glendale, Arizona; a son, Scott who with his wife, Brooke and one daughter live in Port Orchard, Washington; and a daughter, Lisa who has one son and lives in Mexico.
